1. Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes and drain.2. Boil water. Add rice, salt and 1 tablespoon oil and cook for 4-5 minutes till rice is half done. Drain water completely and set aside. 3. Mix the Kapra Daily Prawns Biryani Masala Powder and 1/2 cup yogurt and marinate the prawns in it, for half an hour.4. Then heat the oil and saute the prawn mixture in it over high heat, till brown.5. Take off the heat and mix in the rest of the yogurt, cream, coriander and half the fried onions.6. Place half the rice in a greased pan in a layer.7. Add the prawn mixture in a layer over this and cover with the rest of the rice.8. Seal the pan and place over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
